Return & Replacement Policy
At KhajoorKart, we care about your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement as per the policy below.
Return Window
You must return the product within 12 hours of delivery.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Replacement Timeline
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will deliver the replacement within
72 HOURS (depending on your location and product availability).
Return Eligibility
The product will be eligible for return only if:
- The item is unused and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- The item received is damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect
- There is an issue verified by our support team
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items exposed to heat or improper storage after delivery
- Products returned after the 12 hour return window
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your:
- Order ID
- Product photo/video showing the issue
- Reason for return
Important Notes
- Replacements are provided only once per order.
- If the product is out of stock, we may issue store credit or refund.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy separately.
